PERSONAMETRICS ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENT

For over 35 years, the Personametrics Assessment System has been helping organizations make informed decisions in regards to hiring, promotion and development.  It is not a trait-based or invasive psychological measurement.  Instead, its design allows participants to describe themselves accurately, indicating their comfort with behaviors necessary for organizational success.

The Personametrics Assessment can be completed on any internet-enabled PC, with a position-specific Profile delivered via email including specific clarification and interpretation from a WLA Consultant.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

Although the High Performance Report is a component of every Personametrics Profile, its importance merits its own introduction. The HP Report is a composite of those Personametrics factors which have been statistically shown to play a vital role in position-specific accountabilities. Drawing on the twenty Personametrics Factors that have been statistically shown to have the most impact on a given position, the High Performance Report provides a clear initial view of an individual's most natural behaviors and values relative to that position's most important responsibilities.

COGNITIVE ABILITY MEASUREMENT

WLA's Cognitive Ability Measurement (CAM) provides insight into a participant's capacity to solve numerical, verbal, logic and spatial problems in a limited amount of time - utilizing current knowledge and reasoning strategies to solve problems quickly.

MEASUREMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROFICIENCY

WLA's Measurement of Administrative Proficiency (MAP) is in direct response to the needs of our clients who absolutely must select employees who are highly efficient with administrative tasks. The MAP measures an individual's ability to perform when speed and accuracy have a direct impact on profitability. The 9-part battery encompasses the following areas: - Proofing - Numerical Error Location - Filing - Math Logic - Spelling - Vocabulary - Math Word Problem - Reading Comprehension - Grammar

ONE-ON-ONE DEVELOPMENT

The most effective method of developing managers and staff employees is by helping them understand their own behaviors and communication methods and how those attributes affect critical position accountabilities. Using the GoToMeeting software, a WLA Consultant will review a participant's Personametrics Profile with him or her, detailing WLA's One-on-One Development system over a one hour period. This process examines the Personametrics Profile in-depth, focusing on the participant's position accountabilities, key result objectives, current strengths and areas for development.

TEAM ANALYSIS

The WLA Team Analysis Report provides a global perspective on an organization's divisions, departments and management teams. The report displays selected participants' scores in an easy-to-interpret layout, showing relevant High Performance scores and factors. This tool can be an invaluable component of any organizational growth initiative, allowing a targeted approach to areas of development opportunity. The report plots team members' individual scores in High Performance Factors, with color-shading indicating if they are in the statistically ideal range for optimal performance. This is accompanied by additional columns which may contain CAM/MAP scores, other position-specific High Performance scores, or customizable criteria.
